Trance Dance

Exercise for the mind, body and soul!

A simple yet profound practice of dynamic dance to clear the mind while energizing the body. Often referred to as a "moving meditation," it helps reduce stress and tension using gentle flowing movements of dance.

Wear loose, comfortable clothes with socks or bare feet (no outdoor shoes).

Date: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Location: Canandaigua Dance Studio, County Rd. 10 (just North of the Fair Grounds)
Cost: $6.00/session (no memberships or commitment)
