Moving from Pain to Purpose:
Allowing Your Inner Light to Lead the Way

A 40 Day Inward Journey to Free Your Mind
Dr. Seema Khaneja

Pain is the ransom you have gladly paid not to be free. Lesson 190, A Course in Miracles

Research indicates that chronic pain is a complex phenomenon. It is Dr. Seema's sincere belief that we are given a way out of our pain, a solution to every problem, and a healing for every grief and loss.

This is a 40 day on-line course divided into three parts:

Week 1 and 2: Cleaning/clearing:
Goal: To expose all the beliefs and ideas about the body, the how’s and why’s of what is happening, all ideas of blame, shame, guilt and get beneath all of this ‘chatter’ so we can reach the place of our authentic capacity to choose healing and peace.

Week 3 and 4: Connecting:
Goal: Instead of identifying with our pain, limitation and lack, we establish a practice of spending time with our Inner Guide to connect to the peaceful Presence within us and then make a conscious choice to relate to our body, our pain, our friends, family and literally everything and everyone from this place of peace.

Week 5 and 6: Creating:
Goal: To begin to accept the perfection of who we truly are beneath all the ideas of who we ‘claim’ to be.
There is no end to this journey, yet in this last part we begin to look at how we would spend our life if there were no pain and no limits. And we take baby steps toward this goal.
