The Dances use simple music, lyrics, and movement to help us touch the spiritual essence within ourselves and others. They are inspired by many spiritual traditions and are essentially a form of celebration and meditation in sound and movement. All dances are taught. There are no performers or audience--new arrivals and old hands form the circle together. No experience necessary--only a desire to experience with an open heart!

Date: 2nd Saturdays at 7:30 p.m.
Location: Quaker Meeting House, 84 Scio Street, Rochester, NY (between East Ave. and Main Street; entrance on Charlotte Street). Free Parking on Charlotte St. in the lot on the corner of Charlotte St. and Mathews St. or East End Garage
