Pulse: Body/Mind Fun for the Whole Woman
By
Debra Corea and Donna DeLuca

This class is an opening into embodiment for women in a supportive social environment. We work to access our natural strength, grace, and ease through a fusion of yoga; nonimpact aerobic dance to world music; core strengthening; and mindfulness practices. It is accessible to all fitness levels.

Please join in transforming self-improvement into self-acceptance and self-appreciation: THE BEST 90 MINUTES OF YOUR WEEK.

Debra Corea has studied/practiced yoga for more than two decades, has completed the Essential Teacher Training at Open Sky Yoga, has recently completed Advanced Restorative Yoga Training with Judith Lassater, has practiced and led Continuum for many years, and is a certified doula.

Donna DeLuca has an MS in Exercise Science from Ithaca College, was a Professional Intern at the Center for Mindfulness at U Mass Medical Center, trained with the founders of NIA, and has studied and practiced yoga for more than 30 years.
