Healing Emotional Wounds
A day of healing practices including Sweat Lodge Ceremony
Facilitated By
Douglas MacIntyre

In a wooded location 35 miles east of Rochester, participants will use ceremony, ritual, introspection, meditation, sound, prayer, and connection with the natural world to create a safe space for personal healing. Using practices from a variety of spiritual, psychological, and shamanic traditions, participants will create an opportunity for a transformational inner journey.

This Lodge will focus on revealing and releasing an emotional wound(s) which creates limitation in life. The Sweat Lodge Ceremony involves heating stones on an open fire and then using the stones to create a steam bath inside a small wooden floored building (participants wear bathing suits during the sweat lodge). The Lodge facilitates spiritual and emotional cleansing and induces a state of heightened awareness and deep relaxation.

This Lodge is limited to 9 persons.
