This holiday season is a perfect time to remember with gratitude our Elders--those who walk before us. Through their wisdom and devotion to the Earth and her children, they have cleared a path.
In January 2010, Mamo Sewkukuy (a 90-year-old Arhuaco Elder) will walk the Black Line of the Sierra Nevada to offer prayers and spiritual gifts to sacred sites along this path, a place they know well: "The place where thought originates."
Any donation, large or small, will assist in making this journey become a reality.
