Amber Light International is created by Henry E. Cretella, M.D. and Kathleen FitzPatrick, CSW to promote local, national and international activities focused on personal and group development. Our travels to Nepal, Israel, Turkey, India, and around the U.S.; our training in Mind-Body-Spirit techniques; and our Sufi studies have awakened us to the need for activities that support and allow people in all sorts of situations to recover, find themselves, and explore the creation of their life as they wish it to be. These programs may benefit those seeking to manage the stress of everyday life, cope with major traumas and deal with the impact of living with war and fear. | |
